Emotional: Embracing painful emotions is important but we also need to cultivate pleasurable emotions. When we appreciate the good in life we have more of it.
It's not necessary for things that happen to be for the best but rather we need to make the best out of things that happen with us.
Happiness is a whole being. Happiness is not a destination, but rather a journey.
